The elevation encoding model is able to deterministically convert a full resolution height map into a smaller low resolution grid and fine detail grid and vice versa. For this project, we only need to do the reverse, convert the two grids into one. These module will be called by #23 and use the outputs of #16 and the inputs
Description
Create a module that can determistically convert two height maps, one low resolution grid, and one high resolution detail grid, into one full resolution heightmap.
Create an module entrypoint that takes in two grids of different sizes (low res and detail grid)
Create a function that can take in a small grid and scale it to a desired size and do the reverse
Apply the scaling to the low res grid, then add the detail and scaled low res grid together
Split a full resolution map into a low res grid and detailed grid
