Run 38913921348 (plugin-matrix.yml on ebde64e, the 0.4.0 probe), the top 20 per ecosystem by downloads. pi: 12 of 20 usable (3 fully), unchanged. DSH: 3 of 20, from 4 — not a verdict change: every package in both runs got the same result; dsh-find-plugin (works) and @roarpeng/graphflow left the top 20, @tt-a1i/archify-dsh (not applicable) and @iasiv5/dsh-obmc-web (needs a DSH host) came in. The one failure is @liustack/modsearch, as before. The skill's numbers follow.
