Manager board: pick the USB-C part (GCT USB4105-GF-A) - #12

Conversation
The manager board's USB breakout is drawn to the USB4105 land, but the BOM listed the HRO TYPE-C-31-M-12, whose signal pads are 0.3 mm longer and whose shell stakes sit elsewhere. Dropping it onto the routed board gives 38 DRC errors round J3, so the part follows the copper instead: USB4105-GF-A, C3020560, held in JLCPCB assembly stock (1.1k) though LCSC retail shows none. USB4105-GF-A-120 (C5184243, 4.7k) is the backup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012vqeoXfZfZw2oZCwv9rjfw

Before: the manager BOM listed the HRO TYPE-C-31-M-12 for J3 with a CHECK note, because the board is routed to the GCT USB4105 land.
After: J3 is the GCT USB4105-GF-A (C3020560), which matches the routed land exactly, so the board and fab files are unchanged.
Why not the cheaper HRO part: its signal pads are 0.3 mm longer and its shell stakes sit in different places. Swapping it onto the routed board gave 38 DRC errors round J3 (checked with KiCad 7.0.11), so it would need the USB breakout redrawn. LCSC retail shows the USB4105-GF-A at 0 stock, but JLCPCB assembly holds 1,109 ($1.30 each). USB4105-GF-A-120 (C5184243, 4,721 in stock) is the backup.
How:
lcsc_parts.pyentry changed,python3 common/bom.pyregenerated the manager BOMs and the hidden LCSC fields (--checkpasses). SOURCING.md, HANDOVER.md and theroute_critical.pynote updated.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
