Hi, there! It would be really nice to have a PyPI release with Python 3.15 wheels so we can start testing MQT QECC against Python 3.15. 🙂 |

This PR updates
ci.ymlto build Python 3.15 wheels. It also drops support for Python 3.10, meaning that corresponding wheels are no longer built and published.
