Hi, @oscarhiggott, I'm back! It would be really nice to have a PyPI release with Python 3.15 wheels so we can start testing MQT QECC against Python 3.15, but I think we should wait for quantumlib/Stim#1127 to be merged and released so the PyMathching CI doesn't have to do a source build of Stim. 🙂 |

This PR updates
ci.ymlto build Python 3.15 wheels. It also raises the minimum Python version to 3.9, as the updated cibuildwheel no longer supports Python 3.8.
