Updates the editor agent Skills section to say that only admins can add, manage and move skills into the Organization section, and that editors and viewers can only see organization skills.
Organization skill changes now require admin access in both the dashboard and the API, so the page's claim that editors can manage organization skills and use Move to organization is no longer true.
Based on merged dashboard and API changes that restrict organization skill writes to admins.

Overview
Updates the Skills section in
editor/agent.mdxso organization-level editor agent skills match admin-only write access in the product.Organization skills are described as manageable only by admins (not editors); editors and viewers are view-only. The Move to organization action on personal skills is likewise limited to admins, replacing the previous “editors and admins” wording.
