Overview
Updates the Skills section in the Spanish, French, and Chinese
editor/agent.mdxpages so they match the tightened org-skill permissions from the English docs (#8024).Organization skills are now described as add/manageable by admins only; editors and viewers/readers can see them but not change them. The Move to organization action on personal skills is likewise limited to admins (previously editors were included in both places).
