This PR adds the fullsend scaffold files for per-repo installation.

Merge this PR to activate fullsend workflows.

Getting started

Once this PR is merged, interact with fullsend by commenting one of these slash commands. The supported target (issue and/or pull request) is shown for each:

  • /fs-triage (issue or PR) — Invoke the triage agent to categorize, label, and assess an issue.
  • /fs-code (issue only) — Invoke the code agent to implement a fix for an issue and open a PR.
  • /fs-review (PR only) — Invoke the review agent to review a pull request.
  • /fs-fix (PR only) — Invoke the fix agent to address review feedback on a pull request.
  • /fs-retro (issue or PR) — Invoke the retro agent to analyze completed work and propose improvements.
  • /fs-prioritize (issue or PR) — Invoke the prioritize agent to score an issue for project board ranking.

Runtime

Agents in this repository run on pi (runtime: in .fullsend/config.yaml). To change it later, edit that key, re-run fullsend github setup <owner/repo> --runtime <claude|pi|codex>, or override a single run with fullsend run --runtime. To put one agent on another runtime or model, set runtime/model/effort on its agents: entry in the same file (fullsend agent set <name> --runtime pi). See https://github.com/fullsend-ai/fullsend/blob/main/docs/runtimes.md.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Added automated handling for issue, comment, pull request, and review events, with support for /fs- commands.
    • Authorized pull request participants can use /fs-fix-stop to stop automated fixes on a pull request.
    • Added a manually triggered prioritization workflow that can process an event for a selected project.
    • Configured repository-specific roles, trusted content sources, and issue creation targets.

Walkthrough

The change adds repository-level Fullsend settings and two GitHub Actions workflows. One workflow forwards selected repository events and handles /fs-fix-stop comments. The other accepts manual prioritization inputs and invokes the reusable Fullsend workflow.

Changes

Fullsend integration

Layer / File(s) Summary
Repository configuration
.fullsend/config.yaml
Defines the Fullsend runtime, roles, allowed remote-resource URL prefixes, issue-creation targets, and inference identity settings.
Event dispatch
.github/workflows/fullsend.yaml
Filters issue, comment, pull-request, and review events before invoking the pinned reusable workflow. Excludes scaffold-install pull requests and comments that do not meet the non-bot /fs- command condition.
Stop-fix authorization
.github/workflows/fullsend.yaml
Allows the pull-request author or a commenter with admin, maintain, or write permission to trigger /fs-fix-stop. Authorized users cause the workflow to create or apply the label and post a comment.
Manual prioritization
.github/workflows/prioritize.yml
Adds manual dispatch inputs and concurrency grouping. Calls the pinned reusable workflow with the selected project number, configuration values, and secrets.

The /fs-retro and /fs-prioritize commands, including the manual Prioritize workflow, can fail in a fresh installation because their roles are not configured. Add both roles to the configuration and make sure their GitHub Apps are installed before merging.

Full details: Performance And Algorithmic Complexity

Explanation

PASS. The changed files add event dispatch configuration and a fixed-cost /fs-fix-stop handler. The handler performs at most one collaborator API lookup and three follow-up GitHub CLI calls per event. No O(n²) work, per-item query pattern, loop with expensive repeated work, unbounded cache or buffer, or unpaginated list operation was introduced.

Full details: Security And Secret Handling

Explanation

The pull request adds only Fullsend configuration and GitHub Actions workflows. The diff contains no hardcoded secret values and does not print forwarded secrets. The stop-fix shell step keeps user-controlled values in quoted environment variables and uses them as quoted gh arguments. The workflows pin reusable workflows to commit SHAs and use scoped permissions. No changed code introduces an API endpoint, injection sink, sensitive response/log disclosure, or Kubernetes/RH Secret resource.

Include the advertised agent roles.

roles replaces the default list. The current configuration therefore excludes retro and prioritize from the per-repository installation. The pinned dispatcher invokes both agents and mints role-specific tokens. If either corresponding GitHub App is not installed for this repository, its command fails.
