Checked: all 15 commits in v0.8.190...8dadcde8 appear in the notes, with matching SHAs, PR numbers and sections. Every published packages/*/package.json and all 5 plugin/extension manifests are at 0.8.191. sdk-playground is private and was left at 0.6.106, as in v0.8.190. releases/v0.8.191.md matches the changelog entry. The two blank lines removed in changelog.mdx are only whitespace. CI was still running when I reviewed (no failures yet). PR captures and preview-regression passed.

What ships
Version bumps for 0.8.191 and the release notes. Deleted layers that a script still looks up stay hidden (two parts), a script that throws is skipped with a warning, snapshot waits for the image layers a seek reveals, cloud renders read a video's audio from a small file, preview fetches only the clips due next,
checkprints progress lines to stderr, plus the motion blur panel and a few smaller fixes. The full list is inreleases/v0.8.191.md.No visible change
This PR only bumps versions and adds release notes. Publish runs when it merges.
