What ships

Version bumps for 0.8.192 and the release notes. H265 and HDR renders work again on hosts with more than 16 cores, cloud renders probe each remote file once and the audio task finds a video's sound with a probe and reads URL clips in parallel, init never touches installed skills, Studio history stops copying media files, preview audio is released when no clip uses it, and a check that hits its deadline keeps its findings, plus a batch of smaller CLI, lint and engine fixes. The full list is in releases/v0.8.192.md.

Scope

There is one commit on top of current main (53e1dfce). It touches the same 21 files as the v0.8.191 release (#6170). The 19 version fields all go from 0.8.191 to 0.8.192, and every manifest left alone is private. releases/v0.8.192.md covers exactly the 39 commits in v0.8.191..53e1dfce, none missing or extra, and docs/changelog.mdx carries the same notes. CI green on fad30411.
