Add the Adtran SDX 621 and SDX 621X - #503

The SDX 621 is the 10GbE version of the SDX 621i (1GbE); the 621X has a pluggable SFP+ WAN port, 10GE + 1GE and two POTS ports. Also add the weight and humidity of the SDX 631 and 631q from the SDX 630 series table. Refs #46 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
