Removes everything about Rana Darwich (the founder) from the public website, in all 10 languages: her name, photo, video, bio, quotes, founder story and "founded by" lines. That includes page metadata and anything search engines read. No replacement copy about a founder was added.

About page	Removed the founder story (the three strikes, pull quote and citation, "About the Founder"), the founder video section, and the #story anchor. The page goes from the mission section straight to the quote band.

Media	Deleted public/videos/founder-rana.mp4, public/images/about/founder-rana-poster.webp and public/team/rana.png. Nothing else referenced them.

Built output: I deleted .next, rebuilt, and searched it for "Rana", "Darwich" and the native-script spellings. The only hits are:

• the board hub: chapter config, board setup messages, and one client chunk loaded only by /board and /board/ucla
• the volunteer email routing

Some Tagalog pages also matched "rana", but only inside ordinary words ("karanasan", "naranasan").

Browser: home, about, team and join in English, Spanish and Arabic (RTL), at 1280px and 390px:

• No visible text or <meta>/<title> mentions her or "founder", and no image or video references her.
• #story no longer exists.
• The About menu is Who We Are, Our Mission, What We Provide, Projects; the footer reads "© 2026 VINdicated. All rights reserved."
• Section heights match main except for the removed sections, so nothing left a gap.

Lint (no errors; 4 existing warnings), typecheck and build pass.

Notes

• Already on main: the Spanish and Arabic home pages scroll sideways a little at 390px, because the Price Is Right preview card is too wide. It's the same on main and not caused by this change.
• Search engines: they'll stop showing her on these pages after they recrawl. The deleted media files now return 404.
• Repo history: the files and old text are still in the git history of this public repo.
