Removes Rana Darwich's name, photo, video, bio, story, quotes and "founded by" lines from everything visitors (and search engines) see, in all 10 languages: - About: the founder story (strikes, pull quote, "About the Founder") and the founder video are gone, with the #story anchor. Meta description is now "What VINdicated is, what we do, and how to get involved." (other languages keep their existing translated sentence about the mission). - Home: the "Founder's three strikes" section is removed; the hero's "Our story" button now opens /about. - Header: "From the Founder" is removed from the About menu. - Footer: just "© 2026 VINdicated. All rights reserved."; the separate "Founded by" line and the copyright suffix are gone in every language. - Team: her entry is removed from lib/team.ts and every dictionary. - Inspection: the salesperson quote cited to her is removed. - Join: she's removed from the Berkeley leads line. - Deleted public/videos/founder-rana.mp4, public/images/about/founder-rana-poster.webp, public/team/rana.png and the FounderStory, FounderVideo and FounderStrikes components, with their CSS and dictionary types. The old copy in scripts/migrate-i18n.mjs no longer has the "Founded by" line either. Unchanged: the volunteer-form email routing that CCs her, and the board hub. - Designed pages from 38feb50 with the flat header from #105, minus the sections removed since (Price Is Right preview and game, build timeline, hero cards, strikes, sources strip, flip cards, PPI drive). Stats stay on home, AI scams on About, as moved on Oct 5. - Remove drawn and generated art: CTA band art, equal-footing charts, map news illustrations, and unused illus-*, mascot and engine images. Stat rows become cards; CTA bands are single column. - Use the site graphics where they fit: key handoff on the fraud hero, brake warning and steering shield icons on the home guide cards. Converted to webp with backgrounds removed; unused originals deleted. - Fit long currency formats in the four-square on phones. - Drop CSS for the deleted sections. Restores the earlier look, keeps the removed sections out, removes the AI art and the founder, and uses the new graphics where they fit. Don't merge yet.
This includes the commit from #109 (founder removal), so #109 can be closed once this is approved.
