0.8.15 says the service emits a State Machine event it cannot generate as a stub, so the machine keeps AASM and its other events. Production runs that Compiler (firstdraft/firstdraft 5aa0ccf6, which also keeps AASM when Rails refuses a state's scope). 0.8.14 carried the same text but was never published, so the catalog moves from 0.8.13 to 0.8.15.
