Plugin 0.8.15 is npm latest and the catalog selection, and Production runs the Compiler it describes, which emits a State Machine event it cannot generate as a stub. 0.8.14 carried the same text but was never published. The plugin manifest at the tagged commit still declares only create-full-stack-app, so nothing else changes.

latestand the catalog selects (tagclaude-v0.8.15, firstdraft/skills#169). Production runs5aa0ccf6. 0.8.14 was tagged but never published. CLI stays at 0.8.2.Docs: none, because only the pinned Skill revision and its comment change.
