What

One sentence in the rule hunter's evidence protocol. A claim that something is missing needs the listing that looked for it. When the hunter's budget leaves no call for that listing, the hunter names the claim in its not reached: line as unverified: <claim>. It never drops the claim.

Why

Without this sentence, a hunter with no budget left drops an absence claim without a trace. The report then does not show that a claim was not checked. The parent skill already renders each hunter's not reached: line verbatim, so no other change is necessary.

Changes

  • core/agents/rule-hunter.md: the sentence.
  • lang/*/passthrough/CHANGELOG.md: the Unreleased entry for the absence listing gets one more sentence.
  • The four generated plugins, regenerated.

A claim that something is missing needs the listing that looked for it. When
the hunter's budget leaves no call for that listing, the hunter now names the
claim in its not-reached line as "unverified: <claim>". The report shows the
claim as not checked; it never drops the claim.
