Prepare seqtree 1.3.2 for the merged dependency-free control-build locking fix (#25). The single-source version is the only release-preparation change; search algorithms, control sequences and numerical outputs are unchanged.
Validation: reinstall from this tree; 24 version/control/cache tests pass. The underlying fix passed all ten CI checks, including Windows Python. Publication and the existing human PyPI gate remain separate.
