Description

Syncs flutter_web resources from 2.3.38+20260915154633 to 2.3.40+20260930162817 (full package replacement of resources/web/flutter_web, same procedure as #863).

The release zip contains 204 files; the tracked file list matches it 1:1 (case-sensitive). All 204 files were verified byte-identical between the zip and the working tree by SHA256; the committed git blobs are byte-identical for 203/204, with assets/NOTICES differing only by git's standard CRLF→LF normalization (stored the same way as in previous syncs).

Effective diff (13 files):

• version.json: 2.3.38 → 2.3.40 (build 20260930162817)
• version.changelog: 2026-09-30 — fix memory footprint issue on the home page, fix other known issues (replaces the 2.3.38 notes)
• index.html: PostHog script switched from the jsdelivr CDN (posthog-js@1/dist/array.js) to a locally bundled copy posthog-array.0930d984aecf936d75a80e534e55d1eb.js (new file); preload/flutter_bootstrap refs updated to the new hashed bundle names
• main.8c1e336f107a452a.js → main.b347974c91352c2f.js (rename, 64% similar): app bundle with the 2.3.40 fixes
• flutter_bootstrap.8411d9d1e47b24e7.js → flutter_bootstrap.6816d840c75f4de9.js (rename, 99% similar): buildConfig.mainJsPath points at the new main bundle
• IpInputGuide.webp → ipInputGuide.webp (case-only rename, binary unchanged)
• canvaskit.wasm / chromium/canvaskit.wasm / skwasm.wasm: engine binaries updated; their file mode normalizes 755 → 644, matching the sibling skwasm_heavy.wasm / wimp.wasm
• flutter.js: dropped the sourceMappingURL comment; .last_build_id / assets/NOTICES refreshed

No i18n (zh-CN.json/en.json) or feature_flags.json changes in this build.

Tests

• Replaced directory verified byte-identical to the release zip: all 204 files compared by SHA256 (total 44,930,234 bytes both sides), file lists 1:1 case-sensitive, independently re-verified after replacement
• App builds and packages the new flutter_web resources
• Device pages load and function normally with the new bundle
• Send-to-print flow works with 2.3.40 resources
