Description
Bump the Snapmaker Orca version from 2.4.0 to 2.4.1 for the next release, and point the Sentry environment to
alpha.Files changed:

No runtime tests required. Verified no leftover
2.4.0references outside third-party deps (grep oversrc/,scripts/, root build files;src/slic3r/GUI/GUI_App.cpp:5440mention is a comment example only), and version constants are consistent across the bumped files. Branched from the latestmain(7907a52, includes #951).
