[Docs] Correct recent user-facing guidance

What changed

• document per-tool integration approval modes, personal and deployment policy precedence, owner decisions, and fail-closed behavior
• update Results guidance for the current action inbox and document automatic memory-save transcript entries
• document session rename, stop, and archive controls and remove the remaining obsolete Fast qualifier
• correct the default xAI API and subscription coding model to Grok 4.7

Why this change was made

The daily public-documentation audit inspected all 52 first-parent commits merged into develop during the exact window from 2026-09-21T03:00:45.867Z through 2026-09-22T03:00:45.867Z. These durable workflow, permission, recovery, and model-selection changes were the confirmed gaps after comparing shipped behavior with current docs and excluding overlapping unmerged documentation pull requests.

Impact

Users and operators now have current guidance for integration approvals, automation results, memory saves, session lifecycle controls, and xAI model defaults. This is a documentation-only change.
