📝 Walkthrough

The PR changes KV-cache allocation and request-token-index handling to use page blocks and shared request-manager APIs. It updates model input construction, router scheduling and cache paths, related tests, and adds regression guidance. It also changes calibration data, recurrent-kernel tests, and environment-default expectations.

Changes: Paged KV and inference

Layer / File(s) Summary
Page allocator and request-index storage
lightllm/common/kv_cache_mem_manager/*, lightllm/common/req_manager/base.py, unit_tests/common/test_mem_manager_ipc.py, unit_tests/common/test_req_manager_page.py
The allocator stores page-base indexes and expands them when needed. ReqManager tracks CPU block mappings and publishes token indexes to the GPU. Tests cover allocation, publication, prefix copying, and serialization.
Model input and infer-state construction
lightllm/common/basemodel/*, lightllm/common/basemodel/triton_kernel/*, lightllm/models/qwen3_dflash/model.py, unit_tests/common/basemodel/*, unit_tests/models/test_qwen3_dspark_model_output.py
A combined kernel builds KV indexes and optional input IDs. Infer-state setup, padding, and CUDA Graph warmup use this path. Related gather and selection kernels and tests are removed.
Router allocation, cache, and transfer integration
lightllm/server/router/model_infer/*, test/benchmark/static_inference/static_benchmark.py, unit_tests/server/router/*, unit_tests/test_static_benchmark_paged_kv.py, skills/test_model/SKILL.md
Scheduling, cache insertion and matching, memory release, and KV transfer paths use request-manager block APIs. Regression guidance adds page-size and CPU-cache reload checks.
Additional configuration and test updates
test/advanced_config/fp8_calibration_per_head/*, unit_tests/common/basemodel/triton_kernel/linear_att/*, unit_tests/utils/test_envs_utils.py, unit_tests/server/*
The diff adds query calibration values, changes recurrent-kernel reference comparisons and environment-default expectations, and updates or removes other tests and helpers.

The first time an eager decode batch size appears, the request can stall while Triton compiles. Passing the batch size as a runtime argument avoids this. The ordering of KV index publication was checked and is sound. This is mergeable with that small follow-up.

🚀 Performance & Scalability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Pass BATCH as a runtime argument, not as tl.constexpr.

For decode, Line 78 passes batch as the BATCH: tl.constexpr value. Triton specializes and JIT-compiles a new kernel for each distinct constexpr value. Some decode paths do not pad to the CUDA Graph sizes: eager decode above graph_max_batch_size, dynamic MTP compaction, and DFlash _decode. On those paths, every new batch size causes a compile stall on the request path the first time it appears. CUDA Graph warmup compiles only the graph batch sizes.

row < BATCH is only used as a mask, so a runtime scalar gives the same result. NEXT_STRIDE, SB, and SS are fixed for the process lifetime, so they can stay constexpr.
