Extend the existing public native runner with deferred-function discovery, disabled policy and native configuration checks, active MiniMax input, and precise structured-output numeric cases. These callers exercise the pinned SDK alongside raw persistence and streaming responses, and retain unsupported or unobserved native behavior explicitly in evidence. Deferred discovery reuses the function suite; no production execution path changes.
Validation: complete coordinator diff review; 18 pinned-SDK runner checks, targeted API tests, translation freshness/structure, Python compilation and hygiene passed. Actual model behavior, private isolation and provider lifecycle remain part of the final integrated qualification. Codex low/high verbosity requires real native catalog support and does not silently skip an unsupported model.
