fix(sqlite-do): support native nested transactions

withTransaction currently rejects nested calls on Durable Object SQLite. Use native child transactions so a handled failure rolls back only that child’s writes.

Serialize children sharing the same parent, including explicitly reserved connections, so one child’s rollback cannot erase a sibling’s committed writes.

Avoid loading unused TypeScript standard libraries in docgen’s primitive-only fixtures, which exceeded the Bun check’s test timeout.
