The Docker-in-Docker major-version upgrade needs a successful devcontainer rebuild and Docker smoke test, which were not verified.
No open issues 🎉
What changed in this PR
Updates the development container with AI assistant extensions and refreshed Docker-in-Docker and Java features.
Changes:
- Adds Claude Code and OpenAI ChatGPT/Codex VS Code extensions.
- Upgrades Docker-in-Docker from major version 2 to 4, locked to 4.1.3.
- Refreshes the feature lockfile, including Java from 1.8.0 to 1.8.3.
