feat: 계정 아이디에 영문 대문자 허용

요약

• 관리자·판매자 계정 생성 폼에서 아이디에 영문 대문자를 허용합니다. BE #526(운영 반영: 릴리즈 #527)과 같은 규칙입니다.
  • 정규식: [a-z0-9._-]{4,80} → [A-Za-z0-9._-]{4,80}(create-admin-schema·create-seller-schema)
  • 오류 문구: "영문 소문자" → "영문"
• 두 폼의 아이디 도움말에 "로그인할 때 대소문자는 구분하지 않습니다."를 덧붙였습니다.
  • BE는 입력한 대소문자 그대로 저장하되, 로그인과 중복 판정은 대소문자를 구분하지 않습니다.
  • 그래서 Ops.Admin이 있으면 ops.admin은 기존 USERNAME_TAKEN 처리로 막힙니다.
• BE SDL 스냅샷을 main(b3fe44f) 기준으로 동기화했습니다(별도 커밋).
  • 생성 타입은 두 input의 username 설명만 바뀌었습니다.
  • 스냅샷에는 그동안 반영되지 않은 판매자 앱용 SDL 추가분도 함께 들어오지만, 관리자 FE 문서가 쓰지 않아 생성물에는 영향이 없습니다.

테스트

• createAdminSchema: 대문자 아이디 허용, 허용 외 문자(@) 거절 케이스를 추가했습니다.
• createSellerSchema: 대문자 거절 케이스를 허용 외 문자 거절로 바꾸고, 대문자 아이디를 입력 그대로 보내는 케이스를 추가했습니다.
• admins 페이지 spec의 오류 문구를 맞췄습니다.
• 반증: 정규식만 되돌리면 대문자 허용 케이스 2건이 실패합니다.
• pnpm validate(pre-push)를 통과했습니다.
