This repository will contain a framework for evaluating the precision and accuracy of motion estimation methods, both quantitatively and based on image quality metrics.
The framework is designed to assess motion estimation/correction performance through:
- Quantitative analysis: statistical comparison of precision and accuracy across different motion estimation approaches
- Image quality-based evaluation: assessment of the downstream impact of motion correction on image quality
