Keep percent signs in wp post revision diff output - #673
wp post revision diff passed the changed lines and the post titles to WP_CLI::colorize() without escaping them. A % in the content was then read as a color token: my%20file.pdf was printed as my0file.pdf, and a changed line ending in 100% was printed as 100%n.
This PR doubles every % in that text before it goes into WP_CLI::colorize(). php-cli-tools prints %% as a single %, with and without colors, so the content is printed as it is stored. The color tokens the command adds itself are not touched. Unchanged lines were already printed without colorize() and stay the same.
The new Behat scenario diffs two revisions whose content has 100% at the end of a line and %20 in a URL.

Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Post revision comparisons now display literal percent signs and percent-encoded URLs unchanged in revision headers and diff content, preventing these characters from being misinterpreted or altered.
Tests
Added coverage verifying that percent signs and percent-encoded URLs remain intact when comparing post revisions.
The diff lines and post titles were passed to WP_CLI::colorize()
as they are, so '%' sequences in the content were read as color
tokens. For example 'my%20file.pdf' was printed as 'my0file.pdf'
and a line ending in '100%' was printed as '100%n'.
Escape '%' as '%%' before colorizing.
The revision diff command now escapes percent signs in revision titles and changed lines before colorization. A feature scenario checks that literal % and %20 content remains unchanged in the displayed diff.

Summary
Escape percent signs in revision diffs src/Post_Revision_Command.php, features/post-revision.feature
A private helper doubles percent signs before colorization of revision titles and changed lines. Unchanged lines remain uncolored. A feature scenario checks that percent signs appear intact in the diff.
The scenario has an avoidable host-tool dependency and should use WP-CLI commands before merging.

Explanation
[#672] requires that changed post-content lines and post titles print exactly as stored, with no % read as a color token. The whole-PR diff (merge base 2078d6a to head b3fc90c) adds a private helper escape_color_tokens() in src/Post_Revision_Command.php. It runs str_replace( '%', '%%', $text ). The helper is applied to both title headers ($from_revision->post_title, $to_revision->post_title) and to every changed line in the added, deleted, and changed diff branches before WP_CLI::colorize(). The command's own tokens (%y, %n, %g, %r) remain unescaped in the format strings. Unchanged lines still print without colorize(), so their behavior is unchanged. The added Behat scenario at features/post-revision.feature:153 creates a post, updates it to Progress: 100% and Progress: 100% of https://example.com/my%20file.pdf, and asserts that the diff output contains both lines unchanged. The PR reports that this scenario fails before the fix and passes after it. I did not run the tests. The test results rely on the author's reported runs. The code path matches the issue's suggested fix.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
All changes connect to #672. The src/Post_Revision_Command.php changes apply the escape only to the text that wp post revision diff passes to WP_CLI::colorize(). The new helper is private and documented. No public signatures change. The features/post-revision.feature change adds one scenario that covers the reported bug, using the same post-revision steps as the existing scenarios. No unrelated files appear in the whole-PR diff. The ignored_files list is empty, so no excluded files affect this result.

These steps violate the Behat rule that tests must run only WP-CLI commands installed through composer.json. They also add a host-shell dependency.
Use separate wp post list calls with --posts_per_page=1 and --offset=0 or --offset=1 to save each revision ID. (developer.wordpress.org)
