Include the auto autoload values in wp option list --autoload - #671
Since WordPress 6.6, options saved without an explicit autoload value are stored as auto, auto-on or auto-off. wp option list --autoload=on only matched on and yes, and --autoload=off only matched off and no. So these options were missing from both lists, and --autoload=on --format=total_bytes reported less than WordPress really autoloads.
This PR uses wp_autoload_values_to_autoload() to decide which values count as autoloaded. It is the same list wp_load_alloptions() uses. --autoload=on now matches those values and --autoload=off matches every other value. Before WordPress 6.6 the function does not exist, so it falls back to on and yes. The --autoload docs mention the new behaviour.
The new Behat scenario creates one option of each kind (auto, auto-on, auto-off) and checks both filters.

Bug Fixes
On WordPress 6.6 and later, wp option list --autoload=on now includes options marked auto or auto-on. The --autoload=off filter correctly includes options marked auto-off. Earlier WordPress versions retain the existing on/yes filtering behavior.
Documentation
Updated command documentation to explain which values count as autoloaded on WordPress 6.6 and later.
Since WordPress 6.6, options added without an explicit autoload value
are stored as 'auto', 'auto-on' or 'auto-off'. WordPress autoloads
'auto' and 'auto-on' options, but the --autoload filter of
wp option list only matched 'on'/'yes' and 'off'/'no', so these
options were missing from both lists.
Use wp_autoload_values_to_autoload() to decide which values count
as autoloaded, like wp_load_alloptions() does.

Here are some useful Composer commands to get you started:
To run a single Behat test, you can use the following command:
# Run all tests in a single file
composer behat features/some-feature.feature
# Run only a specific scenario (where 123 is the line number of the "Scenario:" title)
composer behat features/some-feature.feature:123
You can find a list of all available Behat steps in our handbook.
wp option list --autoload uses WordPress 6.6+ autoload values to filter options. The command falls back to on and yes when the WordPress function is unavailable. A feature scenario checks displayed autoload values and the on and off filters.

Summary
Autoload values and filtering src/Option_Command.php, features/option-list.feature
The command uses wp_autoload_values_to_autoload() when available and falls back to on and yes. The on and off filters use the resulting values. A WordPress 6.6+ scenario checks listed values and filter results.
Sites that remove every autoload value cannot use either autoload filter until the empty-list case is handled. This is a bounded issue to fix or explicitly accept before merging.

Explanation
The title names the main change: the auto autoload value is now included in wp option list --autoload. The raw summary and PR objectives match this. The change also covers auto-on and auto-off, which the title omits. That omission is minor, since the title still describes the primary change.

Issue #670 requires complete --autoload=on and --autoload=off classification for WordPress 6.6 values, with a pre-6.6 fallback. src/Option_Command.php uses wp_autoload_values_to_autoload() for both SQL filters and falls back to on and yes when unavailable. The new Behat scenario verifies auto, auto-on, and auto-off values. The documentation also states the new auto and auto-on behavior.

Handle an empty autoload-value list before building the SQL clause.
If a site filters every value out of wp_autoload_values_to_autoload(), this code builds autoload IN (). The off branch builds autoload NOT IN (). Both queries fail on MySQL, so neither filter can list options. Handle the empty list explicitly: on should match no options, and off should match all options subject to the other filters. WordPress permits the filter to remove values and does not require a nonempty result. (developer.wordpress.org)
