Add OVNI Audio plugins: ORBIT, SUPERNOVA and TELESCOPE

Hello, and thanks for maintaining this list.

Adding three free, open-source (AGPLv3) plugins from OVNI Audio. The README invites developers to open source their own plugins, so here they are.

Plugin	What it is	Repo
ORBIT	Binaural movement with real Doppler from propagation delay. Interaural time difference follows a Woodworth spherical-head model, HRTF set is SADIE II KU100, and latency is constant and reported to the host.	ovniaudio/orbita
SUPERNOVA	Audio-reactive visual synth: a GPU particle field driven by the audio, 50 worlds, colour lab, MP4 export. Plugin and standalone app. macOS only.	ovniaudio/ovni
TELESCOPE	Analyser with thirteen views on one engine (BS.1770 loudness, dynamics, spectrum, spectrogram, waterfall, CQT with key estimate, stereo scope, per-band correlation, energy by pan direction, tonal balance against a reference, and a Verdict view that runs 21 deterministic rules). Notes:

• All three are built with JUCE and added as Effect, alongside existing entries like SPARTA, BinAural VST and Signalizer.
• SUPERNOVA and TELESCOPE share a repo (ovniaudio/ovni) because they ship from the same catalogue; ORBIT has its own.
• Rows are inserted in alphabetical order, between Overdraw and OwlBass, and follow the existing table format.
• Binaries are free permanently, with signed and notarised installers for macOS and an unsigned VST3 zip for Windows. Site: https://ovniaudio.com
