fix(cc-store): bump @webex/contact-center to 3.12.0-next.131 for wxApp logs and Drop refactor

This pull request addresses

This SDK pin ships two Contact Center fixes already merged on next. Widgets consume them through @webex/cc-store — no widget-layer code changes.

1. Webex Better Together (Answer on Webex) customer logs — webex-js-sdk#5216
   wxApp diagnostics are visible at the default logger.level: 'log' ([CC wxApp] lines, offer/accept triage fields).
2. Conference call Drop button — webex-js-sdk#5224
   Code refactor for the conference call Drop button — optimized the implementation for the call-drop feature (owner / primary-agent update).

Published as @webex/contact-center@3.12.0-next.131.

by making the following changes

Bump @webex/contact-center in @webex/cc-store from 3.12.0-next.123 → 3.12.0-next.131.
