Why a minor bump

WebARKitConfig.cpp defines MINOR as "additions to the API, or (occasionally) other significant backwards-compatible changes in runtime functionality". Since 0.8.0, dev gained both:

• feat(kpm): report every matched page, not only the best one #71: new VisualDatabase::matches() / image_match_t, and kpmMatching now reports one result per matched page instead of only the best one. Consumers that loop over kpmGetResult and keep the last camPoseF == 0 entry should pick the best one instead (see feat: track several NFT markers at once jsartoolkitNFT#658).
• fix(kpm): treat matchedId 0 as a valid match, and add ARLOGd tracing #67: KPM matched-id sentinel fix.

Release plan (for after this merges)

1. Sync dev → master with "Create a merge commit" (per CONTRIBUTING.md, never squash a branch sync).
2. Tag 0.9.0 on master and publish the GitHub release.

Testing

test.yml builds and runs ./webarkit_test on push, covering both updated assertions.
