[BUGFIX] DPL-237: Correct the branch alias - #85

Composer reads the alias map from the composer.json of the branch being resolved. On main the dev-main entry worked, but pointed to "2.x-dev" instead of the minor line, and the dev-1 entry was dead weight: it could never alias branch 1, whose own composer.json is what composer reads when resolving that branch. The branch now declares only dev-main, pointing to the minor line of extra.typo3/cms.version, so tilde constraints on dev versions resolve to the branch head. Refs: DPL-237
