首次受管部署发现三个平台交互问题：GitHub 共享状态分支的跨文件 409、Cloudflare 上传后的读取延迟，以及 Pages 对非提交 build version 返回 404。修复分别为目标 revision 不变时有上限的状态重试、已知 Worker 版本的只读确认轮询，以及按官方 action 使用冻结 source SHA 作为 Pages build version。完整部署身份继续保留在回执和公开产物中，错误诊断仅保留脱敏说明与 request ID。
两个普通网站 CI 的上限从 25 调为 45 分钟，覆盖真实观察到的 12–15 分钟浏览器依赖安装。临时恢复入口只允许 main 的 docs-open-source-stable 环境与同名串行锁，固定 0.4.0 release/source/run/artifact/ZIP digest，校验原始 tar 后按原字节重上传，再调用冻结 adapter；不会构建新网站或直接改写 repoctl 主状态。已有不确定提交只恢复确认，明确的初始 404 才允许重提。该入口在恢复后移除。
验证：根检查 75 项通过，含状态竞争、Cloudflare 延迟、Pages 版本字段和凭据脱敏回归；冻结锁文件、actionlint、lint/类型通过。之前 head ac78bcb 的两站全量 E2E（539/495）、PR 预览部署、CLI 与五组跨平台安装全部通过；追加的 Pages 兼容与恢复控制器继续运行 CI。
