This pins the head of the unmerged vite-task PR #774 (GitHub OIDC auth for remote cache uploads) to get a preview build for a remote cache demo. It must be re-pinned to vite-task main after voidzero-dev/vite-task#774 merges.

The only non-mechanical change is remote: None in the synthesized EnabledCacheConfigs, which keeps the default. packages/cli/src/run-config.ts is regenerated.
