Same content as 8.1.6.01, rebuilt on a supported base image. 8.1.6.01 is tagged and released but not deployable - its admin image cannot be built, because Debian bullseye's security index expired part-way through that release. Written as its own section rather than folded into 8.1.6.01, because 8.1.6.01's images are published and someone may look for them. The section says plainly which build to use. Nothing is added to release-notes/major/8.1.md: the user-facing story is unchanged, and a base image is not something a modeller has a view on.
