- Fix Android API 26 runtime builds by guarding filesystem glob calls that require API 28, unblocking the v0.2.1 release.
- Build and verify Android and iOS runtime packs on every PR using the same toolchain steps as releases.
- Verified all four Android runtime modes, API 26/28 symbol availability, and focused runtime tests.
