Adds a narrowly scoped
SuppressMessageAttributejustification forPSAvoidUsingConvertToSecureStringWithPlainTextintests/Invoke-CMApplyDriverPackage.Tests.ps1. The value is a fixed synthetic test-only credential.No runtime behavior changes. Mirrors the fix already merged in vartaxe/DriverAutomationTool#20.
