Closing without merge: the upstream 10.3.1 content is already integrated, but GitHub's linear-history enforcement rejects the no-content ancestry merge. Avoiding a force rewrite preserves validated releases and published history. |

Summary
The upstream 10.3.1 content was integrated through squash-merged PR #14. This PR changes no files; it only reconciles ancestry.
