cal, hexdump, nologin, and setpgid are implemented in src/uu/ and built by default, but the README tool list did not mention them, so readers could not tell they exist.

Add each to the section that fits best, using the same status criterion as the rest of the list (option parity with util-linux 2.42 --help):

  • setpgid, nologin: all options implemented, so checked off.
  • cal: missing -1/--one, -s/--sunday, -S/--span, -v/--vertical, -c/--columns, --reform, --iso.
  • hexdump: missing -e/--format, -f/--format-file, -L/--color.

The system cal (ncal) and nologin (shadow) on Debian are not from util-linux, so those were compared against the util-linux v2.42.4 sources instead.
