Summary

  • Lift shared Harvest ops kernel from myCMMS (mail, notify registry/gate, audit, TOTP, Attention/settings/heartbeat, i18n catalog, migration 002, PlatformOps/I18n APIs).
  • Dual-unseal read bridge so existing myCMMS SMTP (|smtp-password-v1) and TOTP (mycmms-totp|) seals still unseal after path consume; seal() writes pack peppers only.
  • Drop final on Harvest kernel classes for thin app extends; ignore local vault/; document seal/unseal asymmetry in docs/09 + CHANGELOG.
  • Add dual-unseal unit tests (suite 32/32 green).

Test plan

  • php vendor/bin/phpunit (32 tests, 90 assertions)
  • Consumer path smoke: myCMMS-PHP Harvest with dev-Harvest still PHPUnit/PHPStan green after pull
  • Spot-check: existing SMTP / MFA rows unseal without re-entry after composer update to this branch

Harvest reusable platform operations into the pack: SMTP routing and logging, notifications, audit logging, TOTP MFA, platform settings, scheduler health, and i18n overlays. Add the migration, API surfaces, translations, tests, and wiring guide; delegate legacy mail helpers to MailGateway.
Keep myCMMS SMTP/TOTP seals readable after path consume, drop final on kernel classes, document seal/unseal asymmetry, and cover legacy peppers in HarvestKernelTest.
