[Chromium] Element picker/zapper is broken in latest beta #4156
Description
Prerequisites

- I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue.
- The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
- I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.
I tried to reproduce the issue when...
- uBO is the only extension.
- uBO uses default lists and settings.
- using a new, unmodified browser profile.
Description
In the latest beta, the element picker/zapper is broken (my browser is Ungoogled Chromium, OS is Windows 11 build 29671). It just shows the plus cursor and no other UI elements appear. Manually editing custom filters still works.

- Have the latest beta installed on chromium

- Open element picker/zapper (either from clicking the extension button or the context menu option)
- 3, Try to click anywhere. You'll have to refresh the page
Expected behavior
For the element picker/zapper to appear as normal

There's also nothing out of the ordinary in the logger/console (epicker ui scope) when this happens

Ungoogled Chromium is not officially supported.
Test to see if the issue occurs when using:
A new Ungoogled Chromium profile with only uBO and its default settings.
A new Brave profile with only uBO and its default settings.
A new Edge profile with only uBO and its default settings.

I can reproduce with Brave.
