newyorker: new sample cartoon and caption (M7)

What changed

The newyorker plugin's sample cartoon is replaced. The sample is drawn when there is no network (preview fallback, paperpi render newyorker), in the Plugin Library pictures and in the README.

• New picture sample/therapist.png (txoof supplied it; made with an AI image tool, no licensing issues). The old sample/island.png is removed.
• Prepared for the plugin: grayscale, the empty space at the bottom cut off, scaled to 1000x789, and stored in 16 gray levels (the most a PaperPi screen shows). The file went from 1.9 MB to 148 kB.
• Caption: “You keep saying you want to be more spontaneous, but have you considered that spontaneity might be the problem?”. I added the curly quotes, as in the old sample and as on newyorker.com.
• Credit: "Cartoon by Chatwell Gilbert Pennington Thurston (C.G.P.T.)". The date stays "Monday, October 5".
• README: the new file name and where the picture comes from.
• The 9 reference images tests/images/newyorker-* were redrawn. The Library pictures redraw by themselves, because the plugin's files changed.
