Create3 topics not publishing

Expected behaviour

All create3 topics published at proper rates.

Actual behaviour

Create3 topics publishing at much slower hz (roughly 1 message every 15 min) than set rate (seems like create3/pi being overloaded).

Error messages

Found 2 publishers on topic _internal/dead_reckoning_pose! Use namespaces or DOMAIN_ID if you have multiple robots on the same network!

Found these error messages through the create3 log.

We would start the tb4 and then after create3 starts the create3 topics publish extremely slow (0.01 hz roughly).

Other notes

We only have 1 robot on the network

Using a router for communication (TP-Link AC 1200)

Each time we manually start (hold button and redock) and (directly unplug and replug the pi power) the number of publishers would increase.

Also running through 22.04 (humble) docker container on 24.04 device running Jazzy.

Tested on 2 different turtlebot4 lites and faced the same issue; however, not facing issue on tb4 standard.

Thank you for reaching out on the Turtlebot 4 github page. I am very sorry to hear that your unit is not meeting expectations. I have the following questions/recommendations regarding your setup:

• Is the option to upgrade the Turtlebot 4 to ROS 2 Jazzy available to you? We have released support for ROS 2 Jazzy on the Turtlebot and the instructions for how to upgrade can be found here
• If you will be staying on ROS 2 Humble for the Turtlebot installation, would it be possible to verify the following details:
  • The Create 3 is running the latest Humble flavoured firmware.
  • It is not being connected to a wi-fi network, if you are unsure run a factory reset on the Create 3 to clear any networking details
  • When SSH'ed into the raspberry Pi, are you able to echo some of the topics from the Create3 such as /odom?
• Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of the Application setup page on the Create 3 webserver?
• In addition, please provide the ROS configuration details from the turtlebot4-setup tool.
• Lastly, would it be possible to provide the log details on the Create 3 and the Turtlebot - journalctl -b > turtlebot4_log.txt
