• avoid scoring candidate hops that already fail hard next-region or best-cost checks
• pre-index serialized region lookups and shared boundary port ids while loading serialized hypergraphs

• bun test tests/compat/loadSerializedHyperGraph.dataset.test.ts tests/solver/get-output-roundtrip.test.ts
• git diff --check -- lib/core.ts lib/compat/loadSerializedHyperGraph.ts

Notes

• bun run typecheck currently fails on existing dataset package export/JSX intrinsic element errors unrelated to this diff.
