This document contains several sloppy formatting artifacts and grammatical inconsistencies that must be addressed before this is merged into the official repository.

  1. Fix Spacing and Punctuation Errors (Critical):

    • In the intro, remove the trailing space before the comma: change **Super Representatives (SR)** , to **Super Representatives (SR)**,.
    • Under Submit Voting Request, you separated the subject from the verb with an invalid comma and mixed singular/plural forms.
      • Change: **Super Representative Partner** or **Super Representative Candidate**, will formally...
      • To: **Super Representative Partners**, or **Super Representative Candidates** will formally...
  2. Standardize Terminology:

    • You use "Initiate" for the proposal discussion but "Initialize" in the markdown template. Change ## How to Initialize the Voting Request to ## How to Initiate the Voting Request for consistency.
  3. Improve Wording and Phrasing:

    • Intro: Change process also known as network upgrade to process also known as a network upgrade.
    • Community Discussion: The current sentence is bloated and repetitive. Change participate in the discussion, collect opinions and feedback, and make appropriate revisions and updates to the proposal based on the discussion results. to engage the community, gather feedback, and iterate on the proposal accordingly.
    • Voting and Implementation: Change the robotic phrasing greater than or equal to 18 to at least 18.

Please clean up these rudimentary errors so the governance guidelines reflect a professional standard.

## Community Discussion

After the TIP discussion is initiated, the proposer should actively encourage community users to participate in the discussion, collect opinions and feedback, and make appropriate revisions and updates to the proposal based on the discussion results.

## Submit Voting Request

Typically, if the community has fully discussed and reached a basic consensus, a **Super Representative** , **Super Representative Partner** or **Super Representative Candidate**, will formally submit the voting request on-chain.

Revert “Candidates” to “Candidate” — the leading "a" requires all three to be singular.
