Prepare v0.6.0 with a changelog covering the changes since v0.5.0: Verus support and Rust scope resolution, Mermaid escaping, Nix packaging, dependency and GitHub Actions updates, and mutation testing.
Validation: 1,402 tests pass; lint, formatting, and type checks pass. Fresh wheel and source-distribution installations pass all parser smoke tests and report version 0.6.0. Built artifacts contain the expected release metadata and changelog.
The release commit is SSH-signed. After merge, create and push the annotated, SSH-signed v0.6.0 tag on the resulting main commit.
