Attach namespace definitions to scalar properties and resolve input elements by namespace URI, including documents that choose a different prefix or use a default namespace. A private XPath prefix keeps default-namespace lookups valid.
Verified against exact and current suites and focused scalar, prefixed, default-namespace and alternate-prefix render/read models on Ruby 3.2 and 4.0.
