The install section promised brew install tkc/termit/termit, but no tap exists and none is being created. A README line that does not work is worse than no line, so the tarball is now the documented way in, alongside building from source.

The release-notes template in release.yml loses the same block. The notes on the v0.1.0 release itself are edited separately, since that release was already produced from the old template.

The quarantine step stays and matters more now: without a tap, every download carries the flag.

No tap exists and none is being created, so the README should not tell
people to run `brew install tkc/termit/termit`. The tarball from the
releases page, with its checksum and the quarantine line, is the
documented way in; building from source is the other.

The release-notes template in release.yml drops the same block.
