docs: install from the release tarball, not a Homebrew tap - #31

No tap exists and none is being created, so the README should not tell people to run `brew install tkc/termit/termit`. The tarball from the releases page, with its checksum and the quarantine line, is the documented way in; building from source is the other. The release-notes template in release.yml drops the same block. The install section promised
brew install tkc/termit/termit, but no tap exists and none is being created. A README line that does not work is worse than no line, so the tarball is now the documented way in, alongside building from source.The release-notes template in
