缘起客户端接入新拍团后，
doodad.GetLootMoney/GetItemListCount/GetLootItem/DistributeItem/GetLooterList 接口已删除，
改为 scene.GetLootMoney/GetLootList/DistributeItem/GetLooterList(dwDoodadID)
本次只改了缘起分支的 5 个掉落相关的封装函数
