TINYDOC-3591: Remove the stale TinyMCE 7.3 notes from the advcode prettify options.

Changes:

• advcode_prettify_getcontent.adoc and advcode_prettify_editor.adoc
  • Removed the [NOTE] blocks that said the options were introduced in TinyMCE 7.3. The rest of each note repeated the option description and default value, so the whole block is gone. The [IMPORTANT] admonition is unchanged.

On the question from the ticket of documenting prettify as a getContent() argument elsewhere, such as the API reference

@metricjs I didn't not add to this PR as the prettify argument is handled by the Enhanced Code Editor plugin, not by core, so it does not belong in the auto-generated tinymce.editor API reference docs.
